Kindred Pelvic & Children’s Health was founded by Cara Richmond to provide inclusive, compassionate and evidence-based care for pelvic health and children’s continence across Melbourne.


Why Kindred Pelvic Children's Health was created

After years of working in clinical settings, Cara recognised a gap in care  particularly in pelvic health and children’s continence, where many people felt rushed, unheard or unsure where to turn.


Kindred was created to offer something different: thoughtful, thorough and individualised care in a safe and supportive environment.


Meet Cara

Cara Richmond is an Advanced Practice Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 14 years of clinical experience in supporting people of all genders and children through every stage of life.


Known for her warm, thorough and evidence-based approach, Cara is passionate about helping individuals feel confident, understood and supported.
