Cara is the founder of Kindred Pelvic & Children’s Health and an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist supporting people of all genders and children.
With a warm, thorough and evidence-based approach, Cara provides care across pelvic health, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, children’s continence and pelvic pain.
She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals feel understood, supported and confident in their care.

ELISE ROBINSON
WOMEN'S & PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Elise is a Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience across musculoskeletal and pelvic health.
She has developed a strong clinical interest in women’s and pelvic health, supported by advanced training in the assessment and management of pelvic floor conditions, as well as exercise-based care across the lifespan.
Elise works confidently across a broad range of presentations, including pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pregnancy and postnatal recovery. She is recognised for her considered, evidence-based approach and her ability to deliver highly individualised care that supports meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Known for her calm and professional manner, Elise creates a supportive environment where clients feel at ease, understood, and empowered in their care — whether preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or managing ongoing pelvic health concerns.

GRACE BULLOCK
WOMEN'S & PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Grace is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with extensive experience in the NHS, where she worked exclusively in maternity, postnatal and pelvic health physiotherapy. She is experienced in managing a wide range of conditions including bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pregnancy-related presentations.
Her approach combines evidence-informed care with holistic, individualised rehabilitation supporting clients through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, continence concerns, pelvic pain, prolapse management, and return to exercise and daily life.
Grace has a particular interest in integrating pelvic health physiotherapy with movement and strength-based rehabilitation, helping clients build confidence, improve symptoms, and optimise their quality of life through compassionate, collaborative care.
She is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every client feels heard, empowered, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Grace is enjoying her new life in Melbourne where she has found a new netball team, she loves the coffee and shopping!

EMMA BOWBRICK

Emma is a Women's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with a background in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Emma integrates her athletic rehabilitation principles with pelvic health and women’s health care.
Alongside her involvement with the Williamstown Women’s Football team in the VFLW, Emma has developed a strong interest in supporting active women through pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, return-to-sport rehabilitation, strength-based recovery, and functional movement rehabilitation.
Her approach combines Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and performance-focused care to help individuals build confidence, optimise recovery, and safely return to exercise, sport, and daily life.
Emma is passionate about delivering individualised, evidence-informed care that supports both long-term pelvic health and athletic performance.
